The 132,819-SF shopping center is located in Sandy Springs (Atlanta), GA at the intersection of Abernathy Road and Roswell Road, two primary corridors in the market with outstanding traffic counts of over 66,000 vehicles per day.


The LA Fitness anchored center is located a short distance from GA-400 and the recently announced Mercedes-Benz headquarters development as well as the Perimeter Center office market which contains 33 million square feet and employs over 100,000 workers.

 

National Tenants in the market include Publix, Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Kroger and Lowe's among many others.
