The following proposed changes to INREA By-Laws will be voted on at the annual meeting:
- Article II, Section 2. Add a period after the word "Code" in the last sentence. Strike the following from the last sentence " if and when the Board of Directors elect to apply for such status."
- Article III, Section 1. Membership. After last sentence insert "Membership voting privileges shall be revoked if, after proper notification, dues are more than Three (3) months in arrears.
- Article III, Section 1. Membership. After last sentence insert "Membership shall be revoked if member participates in any action unbecoming the representation of the organization, as determined by the Directors."
- Article VIII, Section 3. Strike the last sentence, as it conflicts with Article V, Section 2.
