Kelly Marshall is a very popular local designer who specializes in creating beautiful, low water gardens with little to no lawn...and she's sharing her secrets on how to tackle your space yourself!

After a short talk about how Kelly approaches a space to be redesigned, participants will work on their own designs in class, with advice and guidance from Kelly while they work.

At the end of the workshop, we'll review each design with suggestions so that participants can take home a plan that allows them to get underway on their new garden project.

Class is limited to 10 participants

What you should bring

*Two copies of a scaled drawing of the space to be redesigned, showing existing hardscape and softscape (remaining trees and shrubs), nearby doors, windows, fencelines, utility boxes and hosebibs

*Pencils, erasers, notepad. Tracing paper will be provided

*Photos of the space are also helpful, but not necessary

*A list of elements you'd like to incorporate (shade tree, BBQ area, spa, play structure, bench, etc.)

*Plant wish lists are also helpful, but not necessary
