Stephen Ministry is a new ministry opportunity here at St. Hilary's! 

 

Stephen Ministry's mission is to bring God's healing love to hurting people, by providing high-quality, one-on-one care to those facing life challenges.   

 

Stephen Ministry will have office hours in Room 6 of Browning Hall from 1-3 p.m. on Tuesdays, and 9-11 a.m. on Thursdays, or by appointment. 

 

Application forms are available now from your Stephen Leaders, Nick and Penny Ranson. Information is available from the rack outside the office, or you can contact them at

September Update:  After nine months, 25 candidates, weekly meetings, telephone interviews and traveling to meet finalists, the committee has completed its charge! Led initially by Ben Lane and then by Karin Winter, we have narrowed the list of candidates down to two finalists, whose names and profiles have been submitted to the vestry for their review. Read more ...

September 5 - 19

 

A group of Southwest Florida women who have supported the work of REACH will be traveling to Kigali, the capital of Rwanda, to see firsthand the work of the REACH Rwanda reconciliation ministry. We will spend approximately 12 days learning about Rwanda, seeing first hand the many ways that REACH Rwanda works to reconcile the people there and help them move toward toward finding stability and purpose in their lives. Read more ...
