New MLS Portal Launching Soon!
|
We are pleased to announce we will soon be launching a new online MLS Portal! The overall look and feel of our login page located at www.nnerenmls.com will be updated with a fresher look and sleek design as seen below, but your login credentials will remain the same!
Upon entering your login and password, two tabs will automatically open in your browser. The first tab will be your InnoVia Homepage as you are currently accustomed to, and a second tab with your MLS Portal will be available.
What is the MLS Portal?
The MLS Portal is the gateway to many of your MLS services, which will create significant convenience and ease of access to a variety of applications and centralize your access under a single login. Simply login once and with a single click access the application you need!

Per Section 4.3 of NNEREN Rules and Regulations, open house promotion is not permitted in the public remarks. So how can you get the word out for your open house?
The open house module in listing maintenance is the place to enter open house information (or model home hours). Once you have hit "save event", this information will then display on the listing sheet, on the Home page of InnoVia within the Open House Box, and public open houses will display on NNEREN.com and are also available in IDX feeds!

1. Check your list dates - when updating a partial listing to a "live" listing, be sure to verify that the list date is correct per the listing agreement.
2. Attachments may not contain lender information unless it is checked off as "Non-Public".
