Attention Brokers
Quarter 3 dues have been posted and notification was sent out on Wednesday, March 28th. Payment is due to NNEREN by July 1, 2014. Brokers and Admins can view and pay the invoice by clicking on the NNEREN tab in InnoVia, then selecting "NNEREN Invoices". Note: Payment for quarterly dues can only be accepted by the brokers or admins of an office. Please e-mail billing@nneren.com with any questions.

Comp Entry Listings
Comp Entry listings differ in editing capabilities from regular listings. Be sure to have all the information you'll need to input upon entry, including at least 1 photograph, because you may not be able to add in more data after saving it. Specifically for photographs, you will not be able to update the photograph after saving the listing.
The best way to edit a comp listing is to go through Quick Look Up on the Home page of InnoVia. Enter the MLS number, then click on the drop-down menu and select "Edit MLS Number".

With Data Checker, we can better track what is included in the public remarks. NNEREN created the Restricted Words list, which can be found under the Links of Interest box on the Home page of InnoVia.
This provides a list of NNEREN restricted words, as well as words that, depending upon context, should not be included in public remarks based off of Fair Housing laws. Please take a moment to review this list and perhaps post in your office for easy reference.

Appraiser Name and Appraiser Phone Number are both mandatory closing fields checked by Data Checker. NNEREN recommends that you not input dashes for the phone number.
Upon saving, the dashes convert the entire phone number to appear as a pound sign, i.e ###-###-####. Data Checker will pull this as a violation and you will receive a notification. Input phone numbers without dashes, i.e 6032289733 and it will display correctly.
In cases where there was no appraisal, be sure to input "No Appraisal Done" in the Appraiser Name field. For the Appraiser Phone Number field, input 000-000-0000.
