2013 State Conventions
|
This month, NNEREN attended both the Vermont Association of REALTORS® and New Hampshire Association of REALTORS® Conventions. Congratulations to both associations for putting together two terrific events!
 Congratulations to Eric Johnston, a NNEREN Board of Director, who received the Vermont REALTOR® of the Year award. Congratulations to another NNEREN Board of Director, Dennis Brown, the first recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award, a new award making it's debut at this year's convention!
 Congratulations to Steve White, who received the New Hampshire REALTOR® of the Year award!

InnoVia Update
|  Internet Explorer 7 (IE 7) is an older browser that is no longer supported by Microsoft. Because the use of IE 7 can cause some data issues and search problems, InnoVia will no longer be supporting the use of IE 7.

Point2 Dashboard Enhancements
|  In the coming months, Point2 will be performing upgrades to your Dashboard! - Complete Dashboard Redesign
- Enhanced Listing Syndication Settings
- Improved Reporting
According to Point2, there should be no disruption of service while these changes are made. Subscribers who have not accessed their Dashboard within the last 6 months will receive an e-mail invitation to explore the new Dashboard. Those who have accessed their Dashboard within the past 6 months will simply see the changes on their next login. |

Tips from the Staff

Comp Entry Listings
Make sure that you have all the information necessary for the mandatory fields on a Comp Entry listing. Unlike entering a regular listing, you will not be able to "Save Partial." Mandatory fields are marked in red as can be seen below, but included are Appraiser's name and 10-digit phone number.
In the near future, when this information is missing, the office may be assessed a fine and the listing will need to be re-entered correctly. NNEREN suggests printing the input sheet prior to entering data so you will know in advance what mandatory information will be needed. As with regular listings, at least 1 photo must be uploaded and the same violation handling will apply.

Pre-Construction Listings:
If you deal with these listings, be sure to review NNEREN Rules and Regulations Section 4.1. There are 10 conditions that are required for that designation, including what to do if the Lot sells before the house is completed. Please contact NNEREN with any questions.

Closed Listings:
Once a listing has closed, you have 10 days to make any changes or adjustments. Once that time has expired, you cannot restore the listing to Active status in order to make a change. E-mail support@nneren.com with the change request.
Please be advised that our rules require the listing status to be updated within 48 hours. Keep in mind that failing to maintain an accurate status is a violation. Tracking of violations will improve in the near future and educational warnings would eventually give way to assessment of fines where firms continue to have repeat violations.
