How to Use
Diffuse, inhale directly, or dilute with V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex to apply topically.

My Favorite Daily Grounding Meditation with Aromatherapy: 
1.  Apply 1-2 drops Grounding™, diluted* 1 part essential oil to 1 part V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex, (or extra virgin olive oil will work).**

2.  Stand with feet a shoulder's width apart, arms at rest by your side, eyes closed or open.

3.  Take 3 breaths in through your nose, and slowly out though your mouth.

4.  Clear your mind of daily clutter, mentally placing pressing items on a shelf to return to later.

5.  Notice the soles of your feet and how they feel on the floor for a moment, going deeper into that feeling of solidness, firmly supported.

6.  Focus a moment on your Root Chakra area between your legs.  Visualize a cord traveling from your Root down, down into the earth.  As the cord journeys deeper, allow the aromas to surface of green grass, fresh-tilled earth, dusty rocks, underground streams, and layer after layer of our geological planet.  Allow the cord to journey deeper tethering you to this earth that is our home.

7.  To close the meditation, take a breath in and blow it out, using the downward motion of your hands to clear your field and release you from the meditation.

This meditation with a little practice, quickly becomes a brief 90 seconds that does not require conscious thought - a lovely habit that starts each day with balance.
