The past two months we have talked about vibration - of our thoughts, amplified by our words and our actions. This month begins with the new Moon in Pisces, supporting us to take a journey within. It is a time for stillness, a time to take a pause.  The universe I invite you to explore is the universe within.

Magic happens as we open ourselves to our intuition,  our imagination, our creativity and all the facets within ourselves.  There is a balance of honoring the within and without that supports us in processing each experience.  We are born in our authentic state: open-hearted, loving unconditionally, in that balance of surrender and power.   

Have you ever noticed that if a baby is in the room it commands the energy?  If the baby is happy everyone in the room is happy, if the baby is distressed the energy of everyone around the baby changes. The baby is also in surrender at the same time, relying on caregivers for food, shelter, nurturing and safety.  The baby gives full attention to the present moment, focusing entirely on what is in front of it.  

As adults we must find a way to restore that balance - our linear mind has taken command. Society supports and strengthens the muscle of analysis - we are taught to analyze every experience.  It is important that we learn to analyze - hot or cold, hitting or hugging, play in the street or in the yard... arrive early or late.  The analytical mind is strengthened because it is the focus of "socializing" a child, preparing them for school, etc.

We don't need to learn how to play - until we are so responsible that we have forgotten how to play! Or perhaps we were given so many rules, that we decided to stop following all rules and we play excessively. Regardless of where you are out of balance, stillness will support you in restoring your authentic nature.  

This month, take your physical body outside. You can sit in your car with the windows rolled down, or sit in your yard, go outside during your lunch break - this doesn't need to be difficult.  Find a few minutes every day this month and go outside. When you get there take those few minutes and be in stillness. Allow your attention to focus on what is right in front of you. Taking full breaths, allow yourself to relax.  Take a few minutes and pause. Begin the journey within and go deeper supported by the energy of the New Moon in Pisces.  This journey within will lead to restoring the balance of body mind and spirit.  

As you take a pause it may support you to journal what you discover about yourself.  Come join us at Full Moon on March 16 and release those things that no longer serve you.

Springtime - March, April and May, are the perfect periods to partner with the rhythm of the seasons to initiate new endeavors, manifesting our tomorrows through the evolution of dreams to ideas to action.

We can begin by releasing, letting go of old patterns, making way for the sprouting of new order, new growth in our lives. Next, consciously balance our polarities - assert our will or our "personality" in areas where we find ourselves "stuck' in old thoughts and feelings that do not serve us. Give equal time to our own "night" and "day" sides. Time in meditation will bring those inner creative forces to the surface and manifest new beginnings.       

Just as the spring brings winds that blow away the leavings of winter, rain to wash the muddy path and water the seedlings, and sun to energize new growth, let us open the doors to our hearts and shine our light on all who pass our way.
