We make choices in every moment.  In this moment, choose to take action.  Choose your joy.  In the game of golf as you pick up the club and address the golf ball, it is your swing from start to finish that determines where the ball will go.  In fact, I have been told that the "follow through" on your swing is most important.  That makes perfect sense to me!  In golf and in life - place your focus on your dreams and take action. Let's Get Started!

We are making our way to the starting point... about to tee up and hit the ball. We have spent this month making our way through the passage that leads to our new playing field. I can choose so many metaphors to highlight the energy that is supporting us this month!

Choices. Our free will is our greatest gift. We make choices in every moment- often without conscious awareness! This month, if you will choose to support your transition with just this tool, it will shift your energy. This is the declaration: I am set free by my willingness to make conscious choices. Let's use the analogy of a young child, new to the experiences of life on this planet AND new to the body that allows exploration!

It takes weeks for a newborn to learn how to smile, how to focus their eyes, how to raise or turn their head! They are completely dependent on others to keep them fed, clean and safe. They spend all of their waking hours fascinated with whatever is right in front of them! Talk about awareness! They are entirely focused on connecting their will with this physical world - to create focus, to move in the direction that has their attention and to reach out and experience the microscopic details of their world.

We are the newborn... we have made our way through the birth canal and our new story, our authentic life is just beginning. Now is the time to be patient with ourselves as we learn to navigate our way. We are experiencing every person, every moment and everything with conscious awareness. Choosing experiences that nurture you, spending time practicing your new skills, allowing yourself to notice all the facets of your new story is your focus. There is no right or wrong! Allow yourself to simply be aware of your choices. If you choose something that doesn't support you, choose again.
