Sore Muscle and Back Pain Reliever  
10 drops rosemary
10 drops balsam fir
Dilute 50% in Ortho Sport massage oil for a strong pain relieving blend with a deep woods aroma.

Instant Headache Relief
2 drops marjoram
1 drop peppermint
2 drops lavender
1 drop ginger (if nausea is present)
Glass bowl full of water and ice cubes

Dip a washcloth into the oily, icy water and use as a compress on the forehead and back of neck, being careful to avoid the eyes.   

Caution: because of their strong bioactive constituents, clove, peppermint, wintergreen, nutmeg, rosemary and marjoram should not be used on babies or children under age 2. Consult with a health professional if you are pregnant.
