Positive Business with Patricia Raskin will be starting its fourth year on AM790 radio come January 3rd with a new, full-time weekly co-host, Lynda Adams.

"This is an exciting time for me and the show", Patricia Raskin responded when asked why the change from the previous format of multiple guest co-hosts. "That was a great experience but as the show enters its fourth year, I felt it was time to make some changes to reflect how much it has grown and matured. Bringing Lynda Adams on as my permanent co-host is an opportunity to take the show to another level. As an entrepreneur and small business owner, as well as having an extensive sales background, her experiences bring a broad perspective on both challenges and opportunities within the business community"

The two-hour show airs every Friday from 3-5PM on AM709, WPRV Talk and Business, an affiliate of the local Cumulus 5-station group. While always focusing on the positive, the show highlights entrepreneurs, small business owners, authors, CEOs, business and leadership coaches among others that appear as guests of the show.

Adams said, "this is going to be an amazing adventure. It allows the two of us the platform to talk about the ever-changing economic environment and the numerous obstacles and challenges businesses face on a daily basis. Businesses and individuals come on and share with the listening audience how they deal with these barriers and turn them into opportunities. We want to highlight companies who are creating 'best practices'. Also, businesses who have learned to be more lean, and more profitable can share their outcomes with others in the business community."

Raskin and Adams both agree they have the right chemistry and mutual respect for each other, as well as mixing in some humor, to make this show a tremendous success.

The new format begins with the January 3rd show.

When it is all said and done, when you have done your work, done it well and "tilled the soil", there is one thing left to do. That is to trust that what you have done will bear fruit. Trust is an inner knowing and  a "focused surrender" that things will work out.

Martin Luther King Jr.wrote "Faith is taking the first step even when you don't see the whole staircase" and Ramona C. Carroll  wrote,"Faith is putting all your eggs in God's basket, then counting your blessings before they hatch."

There are steps to take to take in the faith and trust process. First you must take the right steps to your path of success. You must have a vision and a purpose and use the skills, disciplines, strategies and techniques, and not just a few times. This is a continual daily process of "planting the seeds" and setting the impressions in your mind.

If you waiver with doubts, you weaken the link and path to a successful outcome. You may have to take additional steps if you feel there is more to do to insure success. But trust is an internal process based on faith, strength, intuition, passion and a true knowing that what you are doing is right and will have the highest and best result.

Results are all around us. Every successful step you take along the way to you goal is a proof that what you are doing is working. This builds trust in yourself and in the process. And when you take a step that does not work, you can re-evaluate and listen to your intuition to take a different step.

Everything that we do is a learning process. When you can trust and have faith, something greater happens. The worry, fear and panic diminishes and you can enjoy the process and our lives more fully.
