New Year's Resolutions

The top priority for the first quarter of 2016 should be setting goals, including each of your business stakeholders, and outlining each of your goals in writing. To develop a well-rounded set of goals, include business, family, and personal objectives. A good set of goals is the foundation for any business plan, so make sure they're specific, measurable, achievable, rewarding, and timely.
