Many More Volunteers Needed for Registration 

There is a big need for more people to help at registration. Volunteers are needed to make registration efficient and informative, helping the 2012-13 school year get off to a smooth start.   

 

Please sign up to work one or more shifts at registration.  The online sign-up lists the different needs. Choose from 7:30-11am or 11-3:30pm shifts; Tues-Thurs July 24-26 and Mon-Fri July 30 - Aug 3. You may also contact Assistant Principal Terri Amonson (696-4011).

Student Volunteer Opportunity
 
Cross Middle School needs volunteers to run its fall carnival on Friday, August 17th from 6 to 9pm.  Set-up starts at 2pm and clean-up will finish about 10pm. High School teens are encouraged to volunteer.  Teens will receive a letter thanking them for their hours to use for club volunteering requirements and/or college and scholarship applications. Any teen who volunteers at least 2 hours will receive free food and drink. Volunteers can help set-up, clean-up, sell food, staff activities and more. Cross is located at 1000 W Chapala (North of Ina and East of La Canada). Sign up online to volunteer. If you have questions, please email Elizabeth at crosspto@gmail.com.

Project Grad Open Positions: The greatest need is for a Treasurer (training provided) and a Facilities Chair, but other positions also open. Contact Joyce Contrades (834-2401) for more info.
