Senior Class Representative: updates NPO on important activities within IRHS community
Hospitality Coordinator: oversees the quarterly teacher/staff breakfasts or luncheons
Volunteer Coordinator: recruits volunteers for school registration & any other volunteer needs

NPO Board Meeting, May 7th
NPO Board meetings are open to the public. Join us next Monday, May 7th at 7:00 p.m. in the Library Conference Room as NPO discusses goals for the coming school year, and looks for input on general meeting presentations, budget and registration. |

Scholarship Tickets Needed (and available) for Project Grad
 Every year Project Graduation distributes 40-60 scholarship tickets to their all-night party for graduating seniors. Currently they only have funds for 6 tickets. Please consider making a donation of $65, the ticket price for a senior who otherwise would miss the celebration. Similarly if you know of a senior who might not attend due to the cost of a ticket, please let Project Grad know. It is extremely important nobody is left out!
We want every graduate to feel special and celebrate with their classmates in a safe, substance-free atmosphere (and have a chance to win the grand prize car!). Project Grad's goal every year is to have 100% of graduates attend. On average 94% attend (and in 2010, 99% attended!). This has only been possible through scholarship tickets.

IRHS Art Club Bake Sale, Saturday at OV Farmers Market
The Art Club is having a bake sale at the Oro Valley Farmers' Market this Saturday, May 5, from 8am to 12pm. They are raising money for next year's activities. They have an exciting list of projects they'd like to do and hope to raise money to bring artists in to do workshops and to do weekly art projects. Please come out and support them. Student Musicians WANTED for Rock the Ridge, May 19
Rock the Ridge is BACK after a short five year hiatus! On Saturday, May 19th, IRHS Student Government is hosting this morning of music, food and washing of cars. Proceeds will benefit Help Hope Live.
All student musicians are encouraged to gather and form a band to play the day of the event. Each band performs 3-4 songs. Bands should come with the $15 event fee, band name and number of songs to the Stugo room, A301. All bands must be signed up by May 17th.

Volunteers Needed for All-Night Graduation Party, May 21
Graduation 2012 will be here in just 3 short weeks and Project Graduation still needs many more volunteers to ensure a fun, safe and successful event on Monday May 21st. Help is needed in Security, Entertainment, Casino, Food as well as Set-up and Take-down. Roles are divided into different shifts, each lasting about 3 hours. Please use this link for the on-line volunteer sign-up. Feel free to share it with others so that they can join in the fun. Thank you soooo much for helping to continue the awesome tradition that Project Grad has become!

JTED Classes, Sign-Up Deadline
Tomorrow (Thurs 5/3) is the last day to sign up for JTED Off-Campus programs. The classes students can sign up for are: Aviation Technology, Cosmetology, Early Childhood Education, Fire Service, Healthcare Foundations, and Law & Public Safety. Senior shirts will be sold in the bookstore all this week during lunch and conference period. They are $15.
