ATTENTION IRHS PARENTS
 YOUR NIGHTHAWK PARENT ORGANIZATION IS RECRUITING BOARD MEMBERS FOR THE 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR

 

NO previous board experience necessary

NO tryouts

NO auditions

 

We are looking for parents / guardians who are enthusiastic and able to give a few hours per month to support our IRHS community. We have openings for the following positions:

 Executive Officers

                         School Site Council Representatives 

                            Board Members

AMPHI FOUNDATION HOLLYWOOD GALA

Westward Look Resort - Saturday, April 7, 2012

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Funds raised each year go to support the children of the Amphitheater School District through the Amphi Clothing Bank, scholarships for sports, academic competition travel, MathPlus Tutoring and the 21st Century Classroom Initiative.

 

Our mission is to promote academic excellence through the expansion of resources that enrich the education, development, and well being of students in the Amphitheater Public Schools.

ANNOUNCEMENTS AND REMINDERS 
 

MANDATORY PRE-REGISTRATION ASSEMBLIES will take place in the auditorium at the following dates and times. 

SOPHOMORES - Wednesday, March 7th at 8:15 a.m.

JUNIORS - Tuesday, March 6th at 8:15 a.m.

Transcripts and course description books will be distributed.

                           

"RECYCLING @ THE RIDGE" is an enterprise of the Work Experience Program of the IRHS Special Education Department.  Using recycled materials, the students in the Work Experience Program have made some unique gift items with the IRHS logo.  At this time, we are selling IRHS Photo Albums and IRHS Logo Luggage Tags for only $3.00 each.  These are available in room A130.  These would make great gifts for graduation, birthdays, as thank-you's for teachers and/or coaches, or as a simple "You are Special" gift.  For more information, you can contact Linda McCurdy (Work Experience Coordinator) at 407-4151."

 

2012 SUMMER SCHOOL REGISTRATION information is now available in the Counseling Office or at the Front Desk. Online registration will begin March 29th at www.cep-az.org

 

AP EXAM REGISTRATION DEADLINE - March 9th, 4:00 pm

 

COLLEGE ALGEBRA/TRIG PRE-REGISTRATION 

assessments due by the first week in March.

 

ASVAB - MARCH 10th, 9:00 AM - NOON 

 

SPRING BREAK - March 19th - 23rd
