The Case of Nora
ENHANCE YOUR LIFE WITH
SOME GREAT WINTER READING!

As winter is a great season to curl up with a good book by the fire, let us recommend: "Body Awareness as Healing Therapy: THE CASE OF NORA" by Moshe Feldenkrais. This is a case study meant to be one in a series and it is more easily read than many of his other books. This book illustrates the brilliant recognition by Dr. Feldenkrais that even the most basic human function is learned and not permanent. He also helps us understand that by improving one's body awareness, everything we do in life is enhanced. Whether you have a fireplace or not, you will enjoy this book and add clarity to your Feldenkrais experience. Learn more

As 2012 draws to a close, all of us at the Feldenkrais Learning Center want to thank you for bringing a spirit of exploration to our classes this year. We wish you and your loved ones health and happiness in the New Year, and we look forward to seeing you at the Center in 2013.

Marcy Lindheimer
Marcy will be heading out to California in January to teach at the Anat Baniel Method training segment 9. As Senior Trainer, she will teach the training as well as the other trainers and assistants, preparing them to take more responsibility in the teaching of the training, freeing Marcy to spend more time in her own practice here in New York.
