Arbella has been using SceneAccess to store photos and appraisal documents online for approximately 10 years. As a service to our agents, we placed a hyperlink to the SceneAccess claim folder on the arbella.com Claim Inquiry page. This provide you with access to the loss appraisal and photos for most Massachusetts policies. The existing SceneAccess hyperlinks will remain active after the transition to WorkCenter, however the display is changing. Effective February 6, the SceneAccess documents and photos will be available in archived zip files rather than displayed as a webpage. If you have any questions, please contact your Territory Manager.
