I am pleased to announce that Arbella will soon offer customers the flexibility and convenience of paperless billing. This robust online service will allow customers to control their bill delivery preferences and set up recurring payments for car and home insurance. 

 

Here are just a few features and benefits of this new service:

  • Fast and secure delivery of an electronic bill sent directly to an email inbox
  • One user ID and password to manage both car and home bills 
  • Automatic monthly payments using a credit card or debit card

 

Enrolling is easy and can be done through arbella.com. Policyholders who require enrollment assistance may call our Customer Service department at 1-800-272-3552.

 

To encourage customer enrollment in our paperless billing program, announcements will be included in monthly bills and promoted on our Facebook page.
