Program Registration Starts:
Members - Wednesday, August 3 at 6am online.
Children's aquatics classes are not available for online registration. Please mail in or drop off a registration lottery form by August 2. An evaluation form is required. Click here to view swim evaluation times.
Non-Members - August 10 at 6am online or 7:30am in person. Youth aquatics in-person only.

Parent's Night Out, Friday, August 12: 6-9pm
Enjoy a night out while we provide a safe and fun environment for the kids! Registration is required. Ages 3 mos-5 years: located in Child Watch and includes an age appropriate snack. Family $15/child, Youth: $20/child
EXERDROP in the ExerZone: Wednesdays, 4:30-6:30pm
Drop the kids off in the ExerZone for supervised, safe and structured play! Ages 5-10, 1 hour limit. No reservations needed; purchase wristbands ($5/child) at Member Services. Limited to 16 children, supervised by two trained Rye Y staff. (No other adults are allowed in the ExerZone during this time.)
Family ExerZone Fun! Join us for our family classes in the ExerZone! (Classes for families with children ages 5 and up) Family ExerCore: Monday-Thursday, 3:30-4:15pm
Children ages 5-10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times (except during ExerDrop - see above).
A great way for your teen to enjoy an active, interesting summer. Campers learn about nutrition, work out with a personal trainer/fitness leader, swim, play games, spin, box and work towards fitness goals! Call 967-6363 for availability. Summer Maintenance Period Our summer maintenance period will begin August 20 and continue until Labor Day. During that time we will complete our annual facility maintenance projects including draining/cleaning the swimming pools, re-finishing the gymnasium and group exercise studio floors, installing new lighting in certain areas, painting throughout the building and making parking lot repairs and re-striping. Some program spaces will be closed during this timeframe so the work can be completed. A complete list of projects and the specific schedule will be posted in early/mid-August. August Outdoor Boot Camp - August 9 - September 1 Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:30-7:15pm
Get outside and get fit with this 4-week boot camp series with Teresa. Be ready for a fun and motivating outdoor fitness experience that will target and tone your entire body! Members only. $80 for an 8-class session. Click here to register.
Blood Drive to Benefit Red Cross: Saturday, August 6, 9am-2pm
YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program - Starts September 26
Mondays: 10:00-11:00am or Tuesdays: 6:30-7:30pm
If you're at risk for type 2 diabetes, you can make small, measurable changes that can reduce your risk and help you live a happier, healthier life. Change is tough - we can help.
Program Features
* 25 sessions delivered over the course of one year.
* Led by a trained Lifestyle Coach.
