Summer Parking
Summer camp has started and we anticipate heavy traffic during drop off between 8:30-9:00am. If the parking lot is congested or full, we recommend you consider parking in a nearby municipal lot. We have secured a limited number of spots offsite for staff in an effort to free up more space in our lot.
A school bus will be dropping campers off at our side door on Mead Place throughout the day so as always please use caution and drive safely on and around the Y property and the Mead Place neighborhood. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Spotlight on Togetherhood
By Denise Woodin, Director of Community Impact & Social Responsibility
Rye Y Members Launch Community Service Program
What does social responsibility look like to you? At the Y, social responsibility - one of our three focus areas - takes many forms. It's financial aid that allows hard-pressed families to send their children to camp. It's donating pool time to local organizations. And most recently, it's community service that's led by our members.
Togetherhood is a national Y initiative that involves members of all ages in projects that benefit the communities we serve...and beyond. Over the next year, a Service Committee composed of 8 Rye Y members will identify, plan and implement at least four projects. Along the way, we'll create new friendships, build new partnerships and make a difference outside the walls of the Y. If this is what social responsibility looks like to you, contact me at denise@ryeymca.org and join us!
