2013 MEMBER SATISFACTION SURVEY RESULTS
Because the satisfaction of Y members is our priority, we conduct a random survey each fall to learn more about your Y experience. The Member Satisfaction Survey shows how our performance compares to national norms, where we can build on our strengths and where we can improve. The 2013 results indicated the highest level of member satisfaction EVER! Members rated the Rye Y well above the national average in all 5 areas surveyed: Facility, Value, Staff Engagement, Health & Wellness and Member Involvement.
We appreciate the hundreds of positive comments from members, such as: "The Y promotes a sense of community and caring for the kids," and "The Y serves as a bridge for real friendships and a stronger, positive community ethic." In 2014, our goal is to continue to improve your experience at the Y. Please let us know how we're doing - we value your feedback anytime!

Spotlight on Camp
By Scott Umbel, Senior Program Director
All Aboard! Summer Camp Builds Up Steam
The camp train is pulling out of the winter station. You may be surprised to hear that some of the cars are already full - including several weeks of Gymnastics Full Day, Arts Camps, and several Discovery Add-On options.
For the fourth year in a row, Rye Y Camps have set record enrollment numbers and 2014 is the pinnacle of them all.
This will be my fifth summer with the Rye Y and eleventh summer as a camp director and these are certainly the highest enrollment rates I have ever seen. It's quite exciting to be a part of a program that not only makes a tremendous impact in our community, but does so with over 700 campers a day. We strongly urge you to register as soon as possible as a majority of our weeks are over 75% full at this point.
