Summer Camp brochure
Watch for our summer camp brochure - online at www.ryeycamp.org in early December and in member mailboxes mid-month. Camp registration starts January 7 for returning campers and January 14 for new campers. The Spring Program Guide will be online by mid-December.

MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS Middle School Night - for 6-8 graders - Saturday, December 7, 7-10 pm. Get together with your friends and have a great time at the Y! Free to members; $5 Non-Members. Middle School Holiday Party: Saturday, December 14 Grade 6-8, 7-10 pm. DJ and pillow bash inflatable. $5 for all. Santa's Visit - Friday, Dec. 13, 5:30-7:30 pm. All ages welcome.

Swim Lesson Family Fun - Saturday, Dec. 7, 2-3 pm
Join the aquatics staff for some family fun. All children must be accompanied in the water by an adult. Registration is required. Free for Session II program participants.

The Exercise Cure by Dr. Jordan Metzl Tuesday, Dec. 17, 7:00pm lecture; 7:30-8:30pm workout Free & open to the community
Come exercise both brain and body. Dr. Jordan Metzl, will be sharing the latest research on exercise from his new book: The Exercise Cure. The lecture will be followed by Metzl's Ironstrength workout. Great for all ages and levels. (Kids ages 8 and up are welcome with adult) Click here for details.

Our wellness staff will answer questions you might have about our many options including: Fitness Center, Personal Training, Small Group Classes and Group Exercise classes. Our staff will guide you through a tour of our Fitness Center. Meet at the table outside the Fitness Center - Led by Diana Vita and wellness staff.
