Annual Summer Maintenance Period Our annual summer maintenance period this year will run from August 17 - Labor Day. We will be doing a variety of projects including painting, refinishing floors, draining and cleaning our swimming pools, moving old fitness equipment out and new equipment in, etc. A full schedule of the work and areas that may be disrupted will posted in early August!
