The last two months have seen a growing number of articles on John Howard Yoder's sexual harassment and abuse of women (for a list of articles, see the Women in Leadership Project's timeline and annotated bibliography) led by Barbra Graber's July 17 article on Our Stories Untold. Many of these pieces have been in conversation with Dr. Ruth Krall's important book, The Elephants in God's Living Room, Volume Three: The Mennonite Church and John Howard Yoder, Collected Essays, which I draw on heavily in this article.
