The Blitz Challenge is a special and FUN reward to those who have taken the
Mayo Clinic Health Assessment (below). If you complete the Health Assessment
by January 31st and report back to us you will be entered into a drawing to
win $100!
We will draw 3 names from the reporting form on February 1, 2014. Those three names receive $100. We will do a drawing each month until we have reached our 65% synod goal.
Your name is eligible for each monthly drawing.
This Challenge is only for ELCA-Primary plan members and eligible spouses.

We are offering this challenge again because we rejoice that you care about your health!
The SW MN Synod has been a LEADING SYNOD in completing Portico's "Mayo Clinic Embody Health Assessment. By taking the Health Assessment the Southwestern Minnesota Synod earns a 2% discount on all health contributions for all of 2014 when 65% or more of the ELCA-Primary plan members and eligible spouses within our synod take the online Mayo Clinic Health Assessment between January 1 and April 30 of that year. In 2013 we saved over $48,000 to our Synod. Imagine the extra missional work done with that collective $48,000!
This year we are going BIG in trying to
reach the 65% at the earliest possible reporting period: January 31st!
By doing so we will be an example to other synods and organizations in our ELCA of
our commitment to good health and good stewardship!
