Don't know where to begin with QAPI? Try the self-assessment.

QAPI Self-Assessment Tool
It's important to assess your facility to gauge perceptions, procedures and commitment to quality. The QAPI Self-Assessment Tool provides you a way to rate your progress in QAPI so far.

You can use this tool to begin work on QAPI, and then for annual or semi-annual evaluation of your facility's progress. Complete the assessment with input from the entire QAPI team and senior leadership. It's meant to be an honest reflection of your progress, and the results can direct you to opportunities for improvement.

The QAPI Self-Assessment Tool is part of Step 3 of the 12 Action Steps to QAPI outlined in QAPI at a Glance. For more information on the 12 Steps, visit the TN-NHQCC 12 Action Steps to QAPI webpage.
