It's important to assess your facility to gauge perceptions, procedures and commitment to quality. The QAPI Self-Assessment Tool provides you a way to rate your progress in QAPI so far.
You can use this tool to begin work on QAPI, and then for annual or semi-annual evaluation of your facility's progress. Complete the assessment with input from the entire QAPI team and senior leadership. It's meant to be an honest reflection of your progress, and the results can direct you to opportunities for improvement.
