I have struggled for years trying to come up with an appropriate subject line for these newsletters. Call this a social/marketing experiment, but I'm naming the newsletters "The Plumbing Edge" and doing away with any catchy or cute subject lines. I can always go back to those if this doesn't work out.

Two customers called me on the same day this week asking me if I still did "regular" plumbing work given that I had announced a new name for the business with the goal of specializing in tankless water heaters. The answer to that is, YES! The plan was never to stop doing all of the repair work that I have done in the past, but I guess that I didn't convey that message very well. As far as the name of the business is concerned, it will remain Heffner Plumbing. Indy Tankless Water Heaters will not go away, it will just become more of a marketing tool for tankless water heaters.

How To Video Series From Delta Faucet

Some people may think that I'm nuts for posting how to videos to repair Delta faucets and shower valves. Not everyone is handy and willing to take on a project like this however. For those that are, the hope would be that those folks will call me for something that they can't do as far as plumbing work is concerned.

	Don't Forget To Disconnect Your Garden Hoses
We haven't had our first frost of the season yet, but most people are done watering their yards. Now is the time to disconnect your garden hoses. Not sure if you may still need to use your hoses? Leave them out, just disconnect them from the hose bibb.

Heffner Plumbing Has Been Chosen To Be A State Bank of Lizton Contractor

The State Bank of Lizton recently decided to stop using their property management com-pany and take on those responsibilities in-house, using vendors and con-

tractors of their choice. Heffner Plumbing has been asked to be a contractor to service the 11 branches that the State Bank of Lizton has. I recently installed a new Toto toilet for the Brownsburg northside branch's Women's Room. The ladies at the northside branch are very happy with the new toilet and they have let me know since I see them almost everyday. A local bank using local businesses that are State Bank of Lizton customers... makes sense to me! :-)
