Are you ready to move to Florida? I know that I am! The record snowfall and sub-zero temperatures that we have experienced over the past couple of days in Central Indiana has certainly got me motivated and ready for winter to be over with.
There are several things to consider with your home's plumbing in this type of weather. I have been actively posting on the Heffner Plumbing blog with winter plumbing advice over the past couple of days which then gets posted on Facebook and Twitter. Here are the links:

Probably the single most important message I can convey is knowing where the main water shut-off valve to the house is. If a pipe bursts, getting the water turned off quickly can make a huge difference in how much damage is done.

New Web Site

New Year, new web site! Actually, the new web site was rolled out in December, but a new beginning just the same. Less content, but hopefully more user friendly especially for those accessing the Heffner Plumbing web site from their smart phones. The office number listed at the bottom of most of the pages gives you the ability to call with a couple of taps of the screen on your mobile device.
Although the old web site had a blog, the new web site makes it very easy to share blog posts on Facebook and Twitter. The goal being to post as much useful information in as many social media formats as possible for the benefit of the customer.
This is a work in progress and may continue to be so for the foreseeable future. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated and can be done so through the link below:
