Creating a Space for Art
Partnership Grant Spotlight

With leadership from Creative Haverhill, a committee of culturally-minded residents utilized an Essex Heritage grant to plan and launch a community awareness campaign promoting the adaptive reuse of the vacant 1891 Cogswell School as a community art center. Activities included creation of a brand identity (logo and letterhead), on-site signage, and an enhanced website.
Alliance of National Heritage Areas Elects Essex Heritage CEO to Chair
At the annual meeting of the Alliance of National Heritage Areas (ANHA) in DC last week, Essex Heritage's own CEO Annie Harris was elected as the new ANHA Chair! Read on to learn more about the Alliance and their meeting on Capitol Hill.
