Back-to-school supplies for Kindergarten


There are no specific school supplies you must buy. The children's books and materials are provided and kept in class. Please make sure your child has:
  • a backpack or bookbag
  • a small water bottle to be kept in the classroom
  • a lunchbox for snacks or field trips
  • sneakers for gym class
We go outside to play every day. Please make sure your child wears a sweater or jacket to school daily. Everything brought from home should be clearly marked with your child's name.
Outdoor Ed packing list for Kindergarten fall trip
This is an overnight campout, departing Thursday, September 22 at 8:15, returning Friday, September 23 at NOON.


in one duffle bag (large enough so the student can close the duffel & stuff their sleeping bag on their own)

sleeping bag with waterproof stuff sack

sleeping pad (best are the ridged foam kind that don't need to be inflated)

change of clothes (including shoes)

warm clothes for the evening (jacket, warm pants, hat, gloves, boots)

stuffed animal or doll

headlamp or small flashlight (NO other electronics, please)

in a small daypack

lunch or drink for the first day (lunch only; dinner is provided)

wide-mouthed water bottle (plastic and full)

warm jacket

rain gear (waterproof jacket with hood, pants)

NO CANDY please!
