The time of Spring has come, after what was a challenging winter for many. I hope the snow has melted, and tulips, crocuses, and daffodils are blooming now where you live, and planting has begun. I wonder if you're into urban farming, and perhaps are planting more edibles along with flowers this season. We have a little container garden in our lanai and are growing kale, tomatoes, lettuce, strawberries, and herbs. It's a start. I'm excited about all the backyard farms and rooftop gardens that are springing up all over our beautiful country. Please tell me about yours if you have one.
Speaking of gardens, Earth Day takes place every year on April 22nd, which is today. All week, people all over our planet are participating in events to celebration and raise awareness about our world. Heartful Art will be at the Englewood Earth Day Festival on Saturday, April 27th (11am to 4pm). Please stop by our booth, say hello, mention this e-mail, and pick up a free postcard if you're in the neighborhood.
Lately I've been making prints of our 8x11 medium-size posters. When matted, they become ready-to-frame 11x14 prints for the wall. I have included a few in this e-mail, and have a few more online, but please note that any 8x11 poster can be matted in this matter, so please ask for what you want if you don't see it on my website.
My Springtime wishes for you are these: To rise each day with good thoughts on your mind; to see beauty everywhere you go; to practice love and kindness; and, to enjoy the blessings that abound.
