AWESOME!
Such a great word and yet so often wasted on things like pizza, carnival rides, and movies. I'd prefer to save it for something truly jaw-dropping . . . like a world-record unicyclist (Dustin Kelm!), fossils, and Dads N Lads at Camp Lebanon on May 2-4!

Dad's N Lads is famous for a lot of AWESOME things. Paintball Battle Royale. Hockey tournament. Polar Dip (last year we dove in through ice crystals!). Octoball. Medallion Hunt. The Screamin' Eagle Zipline. Crazy Games. Carpetball Shootout. And plenty of free time fun!
With a theme focused on The God of AWESOME! and the expert help of a DNR Conservation Officer (Don Slinger), we are going to have a blast learning about our amazing Creator.
Don't miss the fun! Boys ages 5-99 are welcome. Sign up soon!

Dads N Lads Guest Speaker:
Don Slinger
As a Conservation Enforcement Officer for the Minnesota DNR, Captain Slinger spent 33 years protecting God's awesome creation from poachers and lawbreakers. As a science teacher for five homeschool co-ops and a board member for the Twin Cities Creation Science Association, Mr. Slinger now leads students on investigations of God's awesome creation. Fossil hunts, bird watching tours, and field studies in geology, astronomy, and habitat preservation become the Creator's laboratories where historical science and observation intersect.
One Life, One Wheel, One Message
with Dustin Kelm
World champion (3 titles). World record holder (many). World traveler (30 countries). Starting as a ten year-old growing up in Minneapolis, Dustin Kelm has done a lot of awesome on one wheel. Extreme mountain bike champ. Downhill gliding champ. Expert freestyle champ. He and his wife, Katie, are also the only pair to unicycle across the US (3511 miles in 97 days!). Today the extreme unicyclists travel with Operation Mobilization, taking the awesome message of the Gospel wherever one wheel will take them.
