Service Cloud Streamlines Warranty System

Have you heard about our newest enhancement to communicating more efficiently with you?

The ROUSH CleanTech Service Cloud is a paperless, easy-to-use automated warranty submission system. It provides real-time status updates on claims entered by dealers and captures communications in the case comments. Email notifications send you pertinent details, such as when replacement parts are ordered, diagnostic details, photos and more.

We introduced this service at a Partners Session held during the NTEA Work Truck Show earlier this year, and currently have a dozen dealers signed up. We plan to add up to 20 more dealers per week.
