Meet Our New
Director of Field Operations

Greetings!

I would like to take the time to introduce myself, the new director of field operations for ROUSH CleanTech. I am joining the team with 24 years of product and customer support experience. Prior to ROUSH CleanTech, I was most recently responsible for the intellectual property and software development of the Meritor OnTrac warranty system, which helped Meritor reduce their annual warranty expenses by 15 percent during the first full year of implementation.

I'm very excited to be a part of the successful team at ROUSH CleanTech. With my background, I am going to work to continue improving our field service support for customers and partners.
