 STUDENT HOURS SHEET

BASIS PHOENIX BOOSTERS

 ------------------------------

Dear Parents/Guardians & Students,

Students in grades 6 through 8 will take Pre-Comp Exams Tuesday through Thursday (1/14 - 1/16). The schedule of the exams can be found below.

On testing days, students in grades 5, 9, 10, and 11 will have regularly scheduled classes (some room changes will occur). Students in grades 6-8 will have early release (12:45 pm) on exam days.

Prior to the first exam day, please review the procedures associated with Pre-Comps in the section below.  Please contact our front office or school directors with any questions.

We know that exams can be a stressful time for our students. To minimize the impact of stress, we ask that you make sure that the students get plenty of rest and a nutritious breakfast before exams.

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITY SIGN-UPS

We have prepared the extracurricular activities catalog for the spring (see below); print-outs will be available in the front office for those who require them. Please use the PDF document to help us save trees!

Our extracurricular activities are driven by student participation and the proposed activities and prices are contingent on adequate student participation. To sign up for an extracurricular activity, please complete the Extracurricular Activity Registration Form and turn it in to the Front Office by Monday, January 13, 2014. Our activities will begin in the last week of January.

If there is an activity your child would like that is not listed in our catalog, please encourage them to visit Office 08 so that we may talk to them about how to start up a new club. We would be delighted to help!
