Dear Parents and Guardians,

 

Recently, you should have received a welcome letter from SMART for Charters. As we announced last week, BASIS Phoenix will be utilizing SMART for Charters for the processing and collection of agreed upon student fee payments. Examples of these types of student fees are: extracurricular activities, Late Bird afterschool program, optional academic supplies, locker rentals, and Communication Journals. SMART for Charters is a convenient, user-friendly system that allows for greater efficiency and flexibility. Effective immediately, all payments will be made through SMART for Charters.

 

Although payments will no longer be accepted at the school site, we will have a laptop available at the school for processing your online payments. In addition, you may also mail payments directly to SMART for Charters, make a payment over the phone, or online from home. Information for payment submission is listed below:
