ONTARIO TRILLIUM FOUNDATION

The Ontario Trillium Foundation has awarded a one-year, $125,000 grant to the Couchiching Conservancy for our office renovation.

We will be able to increase energy efficiency and reduce the carbon footprint of Grant's Woods Conservation Centre in Severn Township. Visitors, staff and community groups should benefit from roof and building accessibility upgrades, increased meeting and storage space, new solar panels as well as a geothermal heating system and water-filtration system.

The grant from the Trillium Foundation in addition to a legacy gift from the late Bill Grant will be used to "green" the office and help us grow for the future. General donations from members and supporters will not be used. Read more...

MEMBERS MATTER

Hey current and potential members! It's spring which means that it's time to renew your membership if you haven't already done so.

Members have such an important role in our organization - their voice and opinions matter to us. Strong membership numbers help us with grant applications and together, they are a part of a wonderfully caring group of people!

Please take a few minutes to renew or become a member online through Canada Helps. Or give Tanya a call at the office and she can help you out - 705-326-1620.
