Alpharetta 39, Centennial 0: Host Alpharetta took a 14-0 lead just three minutes into the game. Miles Smith rushed for the first of his three touchdowns from 29 yards out and William Downing intercepted Centennial's first play from scrimmage to set up a 44-yard touchdown pass from Austin King to Ryan Kopec on the following Raiders' snap. Lem Cobbs rushed for a 7-yard touchdown and Cam Adams rushed for a 59-yard Alpharetta touchdown late in the fourth quarter.

Archer 24, South Gwinnett 7: Jameyst Williams rushed for three touchdowns to pace visiting Archer over the Comets. Williams ran in a 5-yard score and Cole Fisher booted a 44-yard field goal to give Archer a 10-0 halftime lead. 

South Gwinnett scored on a 9-yard touchdown pass from Josh Shim to Elijah Shah in the third quarter, but Williams iced the game with 12- and 58-yard touchdown runs in the fourth quarter.

Collins Hill 34, Duluth 0: Monty Horn threw a touchdown to Codi Russell and rushed for a 1-yard score for host Collins Hill, and Jordan Bertrand rushed for touchdowns of 1 and 14 yards. Jeremy Lewis added a 9-yard scoring run, and Eric Fuentes connected on field goals of 40 and 25 yards. The Collins Hill defense had nine tackles for loss.

Colquitt County 58, Lee County 14: Kiel Pollard caught three touchdown passes from Colquitt County quarterback Chase Parrish and also returned a punt for a score in the host Packers' blowout win. Parrish was 14-of-18 passing for 280 yards-107 of them to Pollard-with four touchdowns. Sihiem King added a 17-yard touchdown run, and Grump Jones had a 28-yard rushing score and an 82-yard kickoff return for a touchdown. Javonta Woods had two of Colquitt's three interceptions.

Hillgrove 72, North Paulding 46: Senior running back Sonny Harris ran in eight of Hillgrove's 10 rushing touchdowns to lead the visiting Hawks past North Paulding. The Wolfpack tied it at 21-21 before Harris' sixth touchdown and a Hillgrove safety to made it a 44-21 advantage. Eric Montgomery extended the lead to 51-28 with a touchdown run. Harris rushed for his final two touchdowns and Bryson Parks rushed for Hillgrove's final score to make it 72-40.

Lowndes 27, Camden County 21: The host Lowndes Vikings were out rushed 248-118 but handed Region 1-rival Camden County. Lowndes led 21-6 at the half and scored on a 19-yard run by Dezmon Copeland to break the tie. Lowndes' Alex Brown intercepted a Camden County pass with just over a minute left to clinch the win. Vikings quarterback LaXavier Patterson tossed two touchdowns in the second quarter, one to Jock Alexander and the other to Xavier Jenkins. Lowndes running back Tyson Harris opened the scoring in the first quarter on a 5-yard run.

McEachern 48, North Cobb 28: Visiting McEachern jumped to a 41-7 lead before coasting to a 48-28 victory. Quay Holmes ran in the Indians first score and Sam Jackson took over the backfield with a touchdown and 128 rushing yards. T.J. Rahming hauled in a Bailey Hockman touchdown pass and added 85 rushing yards. Hockman finished with 225 passing yards and 32 yards rushing and found C.J. Windham for his second touchdown pass. Michael Nwagbara ran for a McEachern touchdown during a 93-yard rushing performance and Courtney Mills returned an interception 52-yards for a McEachern touchdown. McEachern kicker Cesar Dominquez added a pair of field goals, including a 44-yarder.

Mill Creek 55, Mountain View 7: Daniel David was 5-for-7 passing for 156 yards and three touchdowns, and also had 47 yards rushing and a 4-yard score to lead host Mill Creek. David threw touchdown passes of 80 and 19 yards to Joseph Hull and found Jake Lund on a 12-yard pass, their only catches of the game. Safety Chase Turner scored twice on defense with a 91-yard interception return and a 15-yard fumble return. Johnathan Hawkins and Brian Efianayi each had a rushing touchdown.

Milton 23, Cherokee 0: Milton did all of its scoring in the first half to roll over visiting Cherokee. Austin McLeod engineered a well-balanced offense by completing 12 of 17 passes for 177 yards and one touchdown, which he threw to Obe Fortune from 66 yards out to put the Eagles on the scoreboard in the first quarter. Fortune finished with five receptions for 91 yards. Milton also got 71 yards and a score on 16 carries by Chris Turner. Ethan Suda booted three field goals.

North Gwinnett 51, Peachtree Ridge 24: North Gwinnett scored 27 unanswered points in the second half to pull away from Region 7-AAAAAA rival Peachtree Ridge after being tied at the half. The visiting Bulldogs struck quickly in the second half, as John Urzua threw a 74-yard touchdown pass to Almonzo Brown. North Gwinnett then got touchdown runs of 7 and 5 yards from Kameron Pickett to pull away. Brown led the team in receiving with 102 yards, and Josh Imatorbhebhe (eight catches, 78 yards) scored the first two touchdowns for North Gwinnett on receptions of 9 and 14 yards. Urzua was 21-of-40 passing for 303 yards and four touchdowns. North Gwinnett's Brad Harvey was 3-for-3 on field goals, hitting from 27, 32 and 38.

South Forsyth 33, Northview 8: Alex Barbir kicked four field goals, including two from more than 50 yards away, as South Forsyth overwhelmed visiting Northview. The War Eagles surged to a 24-0 lead in the second quarter before Northview got on the scoreboard thanks to a 57-yard interception return by Malcolm Conn. South Forsyth quarterback Matt White threw a 42-yard touchdown pass to Jalen Camp to begin the scoring and also connected with Cameron Kline for another score.

Tucker 53, Rockdale County 6: Delvin Weems gave host Tucker an early 15-0 lead with a pair of first-quarter rushing touchdowns. Rockdale County countered with a 40-yard touchdown run from Devin Williams, but the Tigers would end the game with 38 unanswered points. After the lone Bulldogs' touchdown, Garrett Rigby scored on a quarterback keeper and Duke Shelley ran for a pair of scores between a Tucker defensive touchdown en route to a 43-6 halftime lead.

Valdosta 27, Tift County 24: Brennan Goodson kicked a 38-yard field goal with 1:53 left to lift visiting Valdosta to a 27-24 win. Tift County took a 10-0 lead with a field goal and Tajhea Chambers touchdown run and led 17-3 in the second quarter before Khalil McClain hauled in Valdosta's first touchdown and cut Tift's lead to 17-10 at the half. Valdosta opened the second half with a Tim McClain's 2-yard score and Demitrius Lane gave Valdosta a 24-17 lead with a 1-yard rushing score. Tift County tied it at 24-24 with a 22-yard touchdown run from Tajhea Chambers in the fourth quarter. Valdosta and Tift County traded punts before the Wildcats were able to forced a timely three-and-out to take over at midfield before setting up the Goodson game-winner.

West Forsyth 28, North Forsyth 3: Quarterback Hampton McConnell spearheaded host West Forsyth's offense to a 21-0 lead at the half with a 37-yard passing score to Nathan Schmitz followed by a 26-yard pass to Michael Rogers. McConnell would add a 47-yard touchdown run in the third to make it 28-3. Visiting North Forsyth was held to 86 yards of total offense while committing a pair of turnovers.

Alexander 40, Hiram 35: Visiting Hiram could not hold on to a fourth-quarter lead in a back-and-forth affair. Hiram found success running the ball in totaling 224 yards. Alexander led 31-21 at the half. The Hornets managed to take the lead in the fourth at 35-34, but three turnovers proved costly. The Cougars were led by Baylor Whitfield, who went 18 of 25 for 230 yards and three touchdowns. Isaac Zico was Whitefield's main target catching six balls for 104 yards and two scores.

Allatoona 28, New Manchester 7:

Josh Bettistea rushed for a 7-yard touchown and Connor Lawson tossed a touchdown pass to Zach Nichols to give host Allatoona a 14-0 halftime lead. Nichols converted a third-and-26 with a leaping catch at the 1-yard line and Allatoona punched it in to take a 21-0 lead. New Manchester found the endzone with 10:25 left and recovered an onside kick, but Allatoona's John Njuguna intercepted the Jaguars at the 5-yard line to extinguish the comeback.

Creekview 34, Woodland-Bartow 0: Host Creekview took a 14-0 lead after quarterback Kyle Wilkie ran seven yards for a score followed by a 3-yard touchdown pass to Dawson Ewers. Running back B.J. Smith increased the lead in the second half with two rushing scores. Trevor Kolb scored his first touchdown of the season for Grizzlies, following a Smith fumble, on a 45-yard run. Wilkie completed 11-of-19 passing for 225 yards with a touchdown while rushing for 89 yards as the Creekview offense totaled 520 yards of offense.

Houston County 51, Cross Creek 6: Houston County scored six touchdowns in the first half in their win against Cross Creek. Houston County's Kenny Gant scored rushing touchdowns of five and eight yards. Quarterback Jake Fromm passed for three touchdowns, an 11-yard pass to Darion Anderson, a 31-yard pass to Jaylen Searcy and an 8-yard pass to Kenny Gant. It was Gant's third touchdown of the game. Darion Anderson added another touchdown on a 77-yard punt return. Kicker Jordan Strevig of Houston County was perfect on extra points and added a 26-yard field goal in the fourth to put away the game.

Lanier 26, Gainesville 23: Lanier remained undefeated as the Longhorns knocked off visiting Gainesville behind a 41-yard field goal from Mason Harwood with 14 seconds left. Tario Fuller carried 32 times for 141 yards in the win for the Longhorns. Lanier fell behind 9-0 before rattling off 23 points to take the lead. Three scores in the final seven minutes of the first half propelled Lanier. The Red Elephants rallied to tie the game in the fourth quarter. A 4-yard run from Michael Byrd and a 24-yard pass from Mikey Gonzalez to Messiah Dorsey tied the score at 23. Gonzalez finished 18 of 33 for 226 yards with two touchdowns and one interception.

Sprayberry 31, Cambridge 7: Rodrigo Blankenship kicked a 51-yard field goal to give host Sprayberry a 3-0 halftime lead. The Yellow Jackets managed just 43 yards of offense in the first half, but exploded in the second half with 294 yards. Rakeem Myricks rushed for a Sprayberry touchdown in the third quarter before Cambridge got on the board with a 31-yard touchdown pass from Brian Moore to Hunter Smith. Jon Palmer found Andrew Pereira for a 25-yard touchdown pass to make it 17-7 heading into the final quarter. Myricks rushed for his second score from 22 yards out in the fourth and Tre Sermon ran in a 12-yard Sprayberry touchdown to make it a 31-7 lead.

Starr's Mill 42, McIntosh 7: Starr's Mill's Stone Kasten threw three touchdown passes to give the Panthers the win over crosstown-rival McIntosh. Kasten completed passes of 69 yards to Satchel Goodrich, 51 yards to Dion Munerlyn and 15 yards to Garrett Houston. The Panthers also got a touchdown from Rico Frye on a 2-yard carry. McIntosh's only score was a 29-yard pass from Duke Kinamon to Taylor Casterline late in the third quarter. Starr's Mill responded with a 85-yard kick return by Dion Munnerlyn to put away the game.

Stephenson 54, Dunwoody 7: Dunwoody scored a touchdown on the opening drive of the game when running back Tyler Scales scored from two yards out. Stephenson led 21-7 after the first quarter and 48-7 at the half. The visiting Jaguars rushed for 415 yards and had six different players score touchdowns. Scales starred in the loss for the Wildcats, with 114 rushing yards. Dunwoody mustered just three passing yards and 113 yards of total offense.

Villa Rica 27, Lithia Springs 20: The visiting Wildcats blocked a potential go-ahead extra point in the fourth quarter and later scored with six minutes left to ice the game. Villa Rica totaled 421 yards. Marquis McPhal carried 23 times for 156 yards and one score. His 25-yard run halfway through the fourth gave the Wildcats the lead. Kris Ballinger scored on a 50-yard run and a 26-yard reception. Jaylon Cox had 88 yards rushing and one score. Terrence Boykin and Sean Hardeman both collected interceptions.

Buford 56, North Hall 0: Luke Humphrey threw touchdowns to Isaac Nauta and Brandon Mangram for host Buford, which led 42-0 at halftime. Evan Cooper had a 51-yard touchdown run in the first quarter and led the Wolves with 74 yards rushing, and Martin Mangram, Josh Thomas, Mic Roof and Christian Turner added rushing scores. Xavier Gantt recovered a blocked punt in the end zone for Buford, which held North Hall to four first downs and 95 total yards.

Carver-Atlanta 32, Creekside 29: Creekside lost a tough game on the road after a sloppy game that saw eight turnovers. The Seminoles forced three interceptions, but turned the ball over five times. Jarrod Stanley, Robert Cattladge, and Austin Shotwell all picked off passes for the Creekside defense. Felix Harper tossed two touchdowns to Myles Clark in the losing effort. Creekside had a chance to tie the game with three minutes remaining but Chizco Alejandre was unable to convert a 25-yard field goal.

Lithonia 29, Chamblee 14: Host Chamblee fell to an Oral Varcciann-led Lithonia team. Lithonia struck first after a Chamblee fumble. Varcciann scored with 10:47 left in the first quarter, then had a 17-yard touchdown run to make the score 13-0. Robert Hatchett hit Micah Stewart for scores of three and 24 yards to go ahead 26-0 in the third. Brent Burgess tossed a 34-yard score to Davin Wallace in the third for Chamblee and later found Xzavier Shugars for 23 yards with 6:07 left for the final score of the game.

Mary Persons 47, Howard 7: Dee High scored three touchdowns on runs of 15, 1 and 1 yards to lead Mary Persons past Howard. Two of High's touchdowns came in the second quarter, when Mary Persons put the game out of reach. The Bulldogs led 33-0 at half after adding another second-quarter touchdown on Trea Weaver's 55-yard interception return. Malik Bledsoe had two touchdown pass receptions in the first quarter from quarterback Jake Johnston, the first covering 6 yards, the second covering 28. High's third touchdown opened the third quarter and put the Bulldogs ahead 40-0.

St. Pius X 10, Marist 9: Michel Matthews nailed a 30-yard field goal with 20 seconds left as St. Pius X nipped rival Marist in the first meeting between the programs since 2009. Joey Gogol accounted for all of Marist's points by making field goals from 47, 26 and 33 yards. The host War Eagles led 3-0 at the half and 6-0 heading into the fourth quarter. The Golden Lions took their first lead on a Reed Egan to Ransom Klinger pass with 5:45 left in the game. Gogol then hit a 33-yarded with 1:50 left to give Marist's the lead. On St. Pius X's game-winning drive, Dalton Wilson carried the ball twice for 19 yards and had 45 yards receiving as the Golden Lions drove from their own 18 to the Marist 13. 

Sandy Creek 30, Whitewater 14:

Eric Swinney had 24 carries for 172 yards and three touchdowns in the host Patriots' win. The game was tied at 7-7 at halftime, but Swinney had a 60-yard touchdown run early in the third quarter to put Sandy Creek ahead. Ahead 20-14 after three quarters, the Patriots got a 34-yard Arnon Spaniol field goal and a 17-yard Austin Vazquez rushing score to seal the win. Whitewater's Christian Watford rushed for 141 yards in the loss.

Thomson 53, Clarkston 7: Thomson started the first half with a 46-yard touchdown run by Dondrelle Howard and eventually built a 46-0 lead. The Thomson offense gained 242 yards on the ground with seven rushing touchdowns, including two each by Billy Mance and Dondrelle Howard, while Tripp Jones completed a 23-yard pass to Brian Smith for the other score. Visiting Clarkston was held to just 119 yards of total offense in the game.

Blessed Trinity 58, Therrell 14: Host Blessed Trinity took a quick 21-0 lead in the first quarter on three rushing touchdowns by running back Milton Shelton. Matthew Higgins added two more scores in the second quarter for the Titans, including one on a kickoff return, as they piled it up to a 51-0 lead at the half. Elijah Hamilton scored on a 32-yard touchdown run to put the game out of reach.

Washington 29, Douglass 0: Marquise Thompson started the scoring for host Washington with a 5-yard touchdown run in the first quarter to gain the early 6-0 lead. Quarterback DeMarcus Walker followed with a score from two yards out to make it 12-0 at the half over visiting Douglass. Walker increased the lead in the third with a 21-yard touchdown run. He totaled 112 rushing yards with three scores on 15 carries.

Lovett 48, Hapeville Charter 6: The visiting Lions outgained Hapeville Charter 378-144 including 241 to 98 on the ground. Lovett quarterback Willie Candler threw for 161 yards and three scores on 12 of 17 passing. Candler also led the Lions in rushing with 64 yards and two scores. The Lions dominated throughout and led 28-0 at the half. Brandon Banks of Hapeville Charter helped the Hornets avoid a shutout with a 9-yard touchdown run with 3:40 left in the game.

Eagle's Landing Christian 49, Strong Rock Christian 20: Eagle's Landing Christian scored six rushing touchdowns as it cruised past visiting Strong Rock Christian. The Chargers' dominant ground game was led by sophomore Trevor Gear and freshman Josh Mays. Gear carried 23 times for 218 yards and three touchdowns, while Mays exceeded the 100-yard mark and also scored three times. Strong Rock Christian hoped to cut into a 21-7 halftime deficit, but the third quarter began with a 28-yard interception return for a touchdown by Davis Reynolds.

Hebron Christian 61, Providence Christian 27: The host Lions scored touchdowns on five straight possessions spanning the first and second quarters to build a 48-6 lead going into halftime. Hebron Christian would continue the torrential offense in the third with a 25-yard rushing score by Jaquan Gibson and a 10-yard touchdown by Troy Allen. Providence showed a flicker of offense toward the end of the game with Jeremey Hardnett rushing for two touchdowns, three overall, while Max Carter added a 2-yard score in the fourth quarter. For Hebron, Gibson ran for three total touchdowns while Connor Holliday and Chris McGee each contributed two scores.

Mount Paran 58, Walker 0: Host Mount Paran took a 35-0 lead after the opening quarter and took a 51-0 lead into halftime. Dorian Walker scored the Eagles' first touchdown with the first of his three rushing scores. Emoni Williams made it a 14-0 lead with his first-quarter touchdown before Taylor Trammell ran for two more scores. Jack Rowan caught a touchdown pass from Jake Allen and Jack Crone forced a safety. Emmett Taliaferro rushed for the only second-half score.

Whitefield Academy 16, King's Ridge Christian 12: Whitefield Academy scored all 16 of its points in the second quarter en route to a 16-0 halftime advantage before holding off host King's Ridge Christian. Carson Brown completed 7-of-15 passes for 52 yards and a touchdown while rushing for 62 yards and a score on 14 keepers. Sky Dupree hauled in an 18-yard scoring strike from Brown to put the WolfPack ahead 16-0. Coby Gregory and Ryan Wesley had interceptions for Whitefield Academy.
