Five different vintage films of Lou Gehrig, all on one DVD! Even though he was a teammate of Babe Ruth, and also continued to play four years after Ruth retired, much less film footage exists of Gehrig than Ruth. Here is most of the known motion picture film of Gehrig, much of which was shot by Pathe Movietone News during the 1920's and 1930's. The first three films, "Almanac Newsreel", "King of Diamonds" and "Milestones of the Century", are all short B & W presentations mostly showing highlights of his career and all include some of Lou Gehrig Day. The other two films, "Lou Gehrig's Greatest Day" (B & W) and "In a League by Himself" (color) are longer and much different in style. 1 hour, 14 minutes, mostly B & W.

This is an original network B & W kinescope of the game from November 14, 1976, week 10 of the NFL season! It has been restored so that you can now see the game better than the day it was broadcast! Vin Scully and Paul Hornung handle the NFL play-by-play on CBS TV. A young Brent Musburger and Phyllis George introduce a tribute to the late Vince Lombardi at halftime. This is the oldest existing kinescope of either the Cardinals or Rams known to exist!
2 hours, 5 minutes, B & W Kinescope
