Holiday Hours and Group Exercise Information

Tuesday, December 24: Open 5:30 a.m. to 12 noon. A special yoga class will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. All other classes are cancelled.

Wednesday, December 25: Closed.

Thursday, December 26: Normal business hours

Tuesday, December 31: Closes at 6 p.m. We will have the normal class schedule during those hours.

Wednesday, January 1: Closed.

Thursday, January 2: Normal business hours. 

 

Help Us Stop the Spread of Germs this Cold and Flu Season

It's that time of year. Please be vigilant about wiping down your equipment with disinfectant spray after you finish exercising.  However, the very best way to stop the spread of germs is to wash your hands often, and/or use the antibacterial gel located throughout the facility.
