Patty and Ken Winkelvoss look forward to their daily group classes and individualized routines. Patty's schedule flucates weekly, so they love that the Wellness Center offer classes throughout the day to meet their needs. Exercise has become a fun and fundamental part of their lives.

What's Happening at the Wellness Center  
Closed onThursday Monday, September 2 
The Wellness Center will be closed on Monday, September 2 in observance of Labor Day. 
 
Group Exercise Class Changes
The last session for the 8 to 8:45 a.m. summer Group Cycle Class will be Wednesday, August 7.  We will now offer an additional Gentle Yoga Class on Monday mornings from 8:15 to 9:10 a.m.
  

Reach the Beach

The Reach the Beach program ends on Saturday, August 3. In order to be eligible for the prizes and drawings, forms must be turn into the front desk by Tuesday, August 13.

This easy Warm Beets with Goat Cheese recipe is a delicious way to enjoy a unique summer vegetable. When it comes to choosing a color, remember white, pink or golden beets offer a milder taste and add more color variety to the presentation.
