The festivities will begin at 9 a.m. and continue until 12 noon on Saturday, April 27, in the conference area of the hospital on the first floor.

Healthy Eating, Healthy Living
Mornings are usually busy, with limited time to prepare a healthy breakfast. The Slow Cooker Cinnamon and Apple Oatmeal and the Very Berry Zucchini Bread Muffins can be prepared the night before and ready for you to enjoy the next morning. Another great perk about these two recipes is that they make great leftovers. That is, if there are any left!

Congratulations on Their Years of Service
Congratulations to Dottie Williams, Betsy Jones and Angie Kallio on their years of service with Fauquier Health. Dottie is celebrating 30 years, and Betsy and Angie are each celebrating 5. All of us at the Wellness Center would like to say thank you and congratulations!

National Heathcare Decision Day
April 6 marks the sixth annual National Healthcare Decision Day. This day is meant to encourage people to make advance decisions when it comes to their health, for patients to communicate their healthcare wishes and for others to respect such wishes.
