In order to serve you better, First Nonprofit has created helpful email addresses for your specific needs as agents. Our automated email workflows ensure that your questions and requests are addressed properly and promptly. Below is a quick guide to our email addresses:
info@firstnonprofit.com - This email is used for all general inquiries from both agents and nonprofits. Agents can also send any questions they might have regarding our coverages and services, or any other non-account specific inquiries.
FNPUnderwriting@firstnonprofit.com - The email is used for new submissions from appointed agents. This is also the place to send loss run, endorsements, and policy change requests.
WorkComp@firstnonprofit.com - If you are only sending a workers' compensation submission, please use this email address. If you are submitting multiple lines of business including workers' comp, use FNPUnderwriting@firstnonprofit.com.
Claims@firstnonprofit.com - You can send all of your claims to this address. As a reminder, please send a completed Acord form with all new claim submissions.
