Website Refresh
Our domain name is the same, but our look is totally different. First Nonprofit's new website has been launched and features an easy-to-use layout and a new section just for agents. There is also an interactive map which provides the contact person for a particular state in addition to a list of available products and services. The aim of the new site is to provide an accessible way for agents and nonprofits to get information and to get in contact with us via phone, email, or social media.
The website was designed with you in mind, so we've made the submissions process faster and easier. The new Submissions & Questionnaires section has replaced the Agent Portal. All forms that were available on the portal can now be completed and sent through this page.
The new website is a great resource for both agents and nonprofits to learn more about our coverages and products. We hope you'll use this valuable tool to discover more about what we can do for you and the organizations you serve.

Meet a First Nonprofit Professional
| |
Charles Ball is the perfect fit for expanding First Nonprofit's reach in Texas. A native of Dallas, Ball brings a wealth of insurance experience to the company. His professional goal speaks to his dedication: "In a 3 to 5 year window, I want to continue to learn and grow in my present position and help grow First Nonprofit's footprint in Texas and the Southwest region."
As a Territory Manager for Texas, Ball uses his experience in property & casualty and risk management to work with both agents and nonprofits. Developing relationships is something he values and enjoys. When asked about the favorite part of his job, he replied: "People. Talking to folks about what First Nonprofit does and trying to start up and build up relationships."
Charles is always happy to speak with agents and nonprofits, so feel free to contact him at CBall@firstnonprofit.com or 972.432.4279.
