Had Paul been living today, he would have been a frequent flyer. He utilized the quickest means of travel possible to get the Gospel to the people. This is what UIM Aviation does!

I am grateful for the dedication of our UIM Aviation team of pilots and their families. Each one is committed not just to fly airplanes, but to fly for the purpose of reaching communities of souls with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

This UIM Connection! will connect you with a glance at UIM Aviation. Thank you for praying for and supporting UIM Aviation! Take a ride with UIM Aviation by going to www.uimaviation.org today!

From 1960 Forward:  Using the Airplane to Bring Indigenous Peoples to Christ

Aviation is a vital tool in spreading the Gospel among North America's inhabitants. In the sixties UIM's Luscombe seaplane brought the Gospel to Carrier Natives along lakes in British Columbia, Canada. Since then it has spread in Mexico, where UIM's airplanes have transported missionaries; Bible translators and language consultants; National pastors and evangelists; food; supplies for a well-drilling team; people with medical emergencies; and medical, dental, and construction teams.

Aviation personnel have aided in missionary acceptance and community development projects, encouraged God's servants, and helped to construct houses, clinics, and church buildings. They provide more than technical assistance; their focus is evangelism, discipleship, and church planting.

The work of UIM's pilots and mechanics has contributed to a great spiritual harvest. Carrier lives were transformed. Numerous tribal churches have been established in Mexico, and believers have been taught Scripture and trained for church leadership. Believers are reaching their own with the Gospel; Scripture now exists in several tribal languages.

Throughout the years, God has guided, protected, and provided, utilizing aviation to help build His church. In a few months, one of the airplanes (N50901) may have to be grounded. Fifty-five thousand dollars are needed for a firewall forward overhaul including the engine,  propeller and accessories. It will take a miracle to acquire that amount, but our God owns everything and can provide.

If you believe the Lord wants to use you to provide some or all of the $55,000 needed, please contact UIM International.

Smooth Flying in the Field and in the Office

Who better to have for an aviation office manager than the field director's daughter who was raised in the ministry! For just over a year, Danielle Bahnsen (was Brock) has been UIM aviation's office manager. During Mission Safety International's safety audit of UIM Aviation in 2013, it was determined that a full-time office manager was needed so the mechanics in the hangar weren't distracted by having to answer the phone. Danielle works on social events and media, keeps the finances up-to-date, and keeps abreast of regular day-to-day operations. Last year she planned the staff conference for over 80 people.

We are delighted to have Danielle in the UIM Aviation office keeping things running smoothly.
