Conducting Tenant Surveys
Earn Champions credit and gather valuable information about your property
 
One of the easiest and fastest ways to get feedback from tenants is to conduct a transportation survey. This helps you evaluate current transportation benefits and amenities, while also determining improvements on how people commute to their office.  

While many third party companies charge a fee, ATP assists properties with surveying tenants as part of our complimentary suite of services. Transportation surveys have been used by property managers to guide their decision making on a number of elements like installing additional secure bike parking, promoting carpooling and vanpooling or offering Capital Bikeshare memberships to tenants.

We work closely with property managers to create a  tailored survey based on current amenities and tenant base. ATP then finalizes and compiles the results in a report, including response data, key findings and recommendations.
