Welcome to the 2013 Midwinter Clinic at the Westin Bayshore!
 Please join us Friday, December 6 for our Annual Midwinter Clinic, the VDDS' premier event of the season for dentists, dental staff, study clubs and businesses that supply the Vancouver and area dental community.
VDDS prides itself on welcoming exhibitors to the whole day's activities, including the festive Midwinter Luncheon. As many past exhibitors know, in addition to the luncheon, our ONE price includes an 8X10 draped exhibit booth on fully carpeted floor area, a skirted 6 ft. display table and two fabric chairs, as well as electrical power in every booth.

 For attendees outside the lower mainland, our special hotel rates at the Westin Bayshore also apply to days leading up to and following our event. Arrive early or extend your stay to accommodate any meetings you wish to schedule during your visit. Due to an excellent relationship with the Westin Bayshore, VDDS is delighted to offer you a very special VDDS rate of $122.00 per night.
VDDS is pleased to sponsor The Dr. Ludlow Beamish Award and VDDS President's Award to 3rd year dental students, as well as offer support to UBC student events. We are able to do so in part by the proceeds we raise through our Midwinter Clinic Silent Auction.
