2012 Midwinter Clinic Two Weeks Away!
Just two weeks to go before Midwinter Clinic, VDDS' Annual Conference and Tradeshow! Taking place Friday, December 7 at the Westin Bayshore, our premier event of the season for the dental community is not to be missed! Exhibitor Booths are sold out ... see the Exhibitor List posted on our website.

Co-Chaired by Dr. Dr. Vivian Chow and Dr. Pamela Barias, VDDS is excited to present another stellar line-up of speakers and lectures for this year's clinic!
Our program in Salon A begins with Dr. Jason Choi's presentation on oral surgery: "Managing In-Office Emergencies; Managing the Medically Compromised Patient." Next, Dr. James McCormack will speak on pharmacology in "Medical Myths that You Should be Living to Hear About."
Salon D will feature Dr. Nariman Amiri, a Certified Prosthodontist, who will talk on "When NOT to Refer Your Patient to a Specialist!" Dr. Brad LaBrecque will follow, sharing his expertise in "Hard & Soft Tissue Lasers for Minimally Invasive Dentistry."
Nadean Burkett from My Practice Matters is up first in the Cypress Room, with "Winning ... A Team Approach to Effective Patient Management." Attorney from Black Gropper, Ms. Carolyn Janusz, will continue with her presentation on "Proactive Employment Law in Dental Practices."

Following the success of last year's Premier Event, we will be hosting a 2012 Midwinter Silent Auction! Proceeds will support an increased endowment of the VDDS Ludlow Beamish Ethics Award (given to a 3rd year dental student each year), as well as fund specialized AV equipment for VDDS CE lectures.
We have already received several fabulous items to entice the bidder, including Unique Dining Experiences, Two Nights Luxury Accommodation Plus Two Breakfasts at the Westin Bayshore, a Membership to the Richmond Olympic Oval, a Special Gift Package from Ferrari Maserati  and Box Seat Tickets to Lady Gaga!
