Musical Notes Music Staff
Music for this Sunday continues with the Easter theme. Unlike the Christmas season, which is all of 12 days and limits our time for carol singing, Easter lasts for fifty days. The Parish Choir's anthem, Thine the Amen, Thine the Praise, by American composer Carl Schalk, tells the Easter story. The Disco Penguins and B# choirs will join to sing Sound the trumpet, by English composer Henry Purcell. This is a busy two part piece that has been an enjoyable challenge for them. The B# choir will also sing Creo en Dios, which is a mystical 3 part piece that is based on the first three lines of the Nicene Creed. We are also fortunate to have the handbells begin the service with a voluntary based on Fairest Lord Jesus.

Sunday Forum
On April 10, Mary Woodward will lead the Sunday Adult Forum with the topic:    Art in the Christian Community in its Early Years.

Holy and Ever Loving Father, we ask your blessings over our Living Stones Capital Campaign. May we be ever faithful to your will, loving and compassionate towards each other, and discerning in our endeavors. We ask that you abide with us as we prayerfully consider the potential of our contributions, the promise of the campaign, and our role as faithful stewards of this place.  May God the Father encourage us, May Jesus the Great Healer remove fears and obstacles from our midst, and May the Holy Spirit unite us in purpose.  Amen.

Save The Date: Yard and Plant Sale
Yard & Plant Sale Sign

We will be having a Yard and Plant sale on May 21st. Please save your junque and plant cuttings.

More details will be coming in the following weeks.

If you are interested in being a part of the Yard Sale Team, please speak to the Wardens - Chris Mills, and Frank Ouellette.

Parish Directory
A new parish address and phone directory is almost ready for publication, but I need your help.  For the next few weeks there will be several copies of the directory on the table in the narthex. Could you take a couple of minutes to locate the information under your name and confirm the contents or make corrections if any are needed?  If your name and info are not included, please add it on the blank page at the end of the directory. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
Darlene Gossement, Parish Administrator
